This version of Venatio Creo is the free edition. It is a feature complete version of Venatio Creo that may be downloaded and redistributed to anyone. However, this version does not support the stand-alone redistribution option when creating a game. This is only available in the Venatio Creo Pro edition which will be announced at a later date.

This version contains many of the features from the original Venatio Creo, along with some modified controls to make it easier for a casual audience.

Aki no Toki is a standard J-RPG style game where an adventurer must find and destroy a monster encampment. This tech demo shows how Venatio Creo may support rather complex game genres. Aki no Toki features a full inventory system, active battle system, character development and objectives, as well as a dynamic HUD (heads up display).
